NPBS

Our History

NPBC was started by Pastor Bob Gelsthorpe in 1980. It was at the forefront of the legal battles for Christian Schools in Nebraska. Because of Pastor Bob Gelsthorpe's faithfulness, NPBS continues to educate children with Christian principles.

Enrollment

NPBS is a closed enrollment school available to the church members of North Platte Baptist Church. North Platte Christian Academy is now open and available for open enrollment students.

Curriculum

NPBS uses the Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E.) curriculum. This curriculum and class structure provides for character building as well as a unique ability for students to develop their problem solving capability.
